## Asda Travel Money Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Travel money card UK"
Please check your app. I have registered my card and downloaded the app. Every time I try to log in on the app it asks me for me 16 digit card number email address and says I must create a Pin. WHY? I should just have to use email address and Pin to see my balance - not have to go through the whole registration process every time I need to check the balance

### *---- "Fees"
No happy about these. Had to pay a non use amount in April and now another in May.
I put money on so i have it when i go away but do not always use it.

### *---- "Disappointing"
Registered my card by phone. Downloaded the app but numerous attempts to login all came up with the same message, “sorry, something went wrong”. Contacted customer services but they were unable to help. They notified the Travelex team who informed customer services there were no issues! It’s a VERY BIG ISSUE FOR ME.

### *---- "Terrible app and customer service"
I am currently in Spain, brought the Asda Travel Money card before departing the UK. I downloaded the app for ease. It took me around 20 plus attempts just to register my card! Once registered, it just keeps crashing. I can’t see my balance or top up the card. After many attempts, I reluctantly called customer service, which kept dropping the call. I tried one last time only to receive a voicemail saying they are having technical issues and to call back in 4 hours! I am due to head out for the day, but now have to stay at in as I cannot top up my card. Absolute shambles! You would think a multi billion pound company would have a workable app / service. I am trying to give you money for goodness sake! I would give it a zero if I could. Thanks for spoiling my holiday.

### *---- "Mr"

-- wwwwwwok, 2024-03-09

### ***** "Mrs"
I have always taken currency but couldn’t get so lady in Asda bridge of Dee aberdeen advised travel card I was unsure and it was the best thing I have done so easy to use and easy to top up will define doing this on future holidays thanks for advising me to get card
-- Cat31l, 2023-11-04

### **--- "What on earth"
I dont know what has happened on this new update doesn't recognise my account anymore or passwords, multiple times I've been told password incorrect or account details not recognised
-- WOLVOLAD, 2023-10-10

### *---- "Rubbish"
Sooo long winded getting it even activated. The app won’t work for me even though I have finally managed to get it set up online via the web. Rang “helpline” twice who said they would look into it. Passed onto their tech team which means nothing will happen eh. So it it doesn’t fill me with confidence that it will actually work when I go away in a few days. Looks like a bad choice on my part 🤬
-- Mnbvcxzlkjhgfdsa0987667890, 2023-09-27

### *---- "App is waste of time"
Have had the card for over a year and when there’s money on the card it works well. Getting funds topped up using the app is a nightmare, rarely if ever works so have to go online.
Don’t bother
-- Stav 69, 2023-09-12

### ***** "Perfect!"
Excellent rates, easy and effective to use - highly recommend!
