Quick How To:
When you first open the app, the introduction video will play. To exit out of this video, click the "x" at the top left corner of your screen. Once in the app you're able to choose from two main views: "Body Map" view or "All Videos"
Body Map View:
In this view you're able to toggle the body image between 3 different angles using the buttons below the body image: Front, Side, and Back. Tap different areas of the body that you'd like to stretch. When you tap an area of the body, a box will surround the area you've chosen and the name will appear at the top of your screen. To watch the video, click the play button (▶) at the top right corner of your screen. Once the video is done playing, you can watch it again or click the "x" at the top left of your screen to go back to the Body Map View.
All Videos:
In this view you're able to see all the areas of the body that we have FasciaYoga videos available for, as well as the intro video. You can click to watch each individually, or click the "All Videos" tab to play all videos we currently have available. Once the video(s) have finished, click the "x" at the top left of your screen to return back to the grid of available videos.

Love this app
The tutorials are great for this free app. I hope they come out with update so that I can set up a workout with it.

Cool app for those that have the ball. Unfortunately for a couple months now the ball has been sold out so I can’t rate the exercises at all, only the quality of content. I think it’s nice that the app is free. Just know that this is an app you use with her special ball. It’s not the regular yoga ball most of us already have. I’m going to keep the app in hopes I can find the ball eventually for sale to try out. Looks neat. *also after reading reviews I must add that the videos play well & have sound. They fixed that issue
Great App but new updates needed
I think you should add a heartbutt series on the yoga ball section. Also, an option to make a playlist of the specific stretches you want to do.

There no sound on this app, at all. It’s useless if you can’t hear the instructions Ashley is giving. One star until this is fixed!

Great App even for Beginners
I really like this app and the AB yoga ball. I have been ball rolling with smaller balls in the past and those balls work great for specific small areas. AB yoga ball and her techniques are easy and the stretches really open up large areas of the body. The combination of all these tools and the fasciablaster is giving me flexibility I probably never had in my life. I am pain free and strong. I have a knee injury and I still had the strength and balance to manage the techniques in these videos. Remember to remove your phone from silent mode.
