I’ve purchased about 6 septum clickers and a pair of hangers from Ask & Embla. My wish list is long cuz I want to purchase some pieces to finish the set I started collecting. Necklaces & Bracelets. I will say, 2 of the first 4 clickers I purchased wouldn’t stay closed and eventually fell out of my piercing and I lost them. I’m sure customer service probably would have somehow made it better but I just didn’t think to try at the time. I only had 1 bad experience with receiving a refund and it was over Christmas of 24’. I was originally told it would take 1-3 business days to receive my refund and it actually took 11 business days. The reason I was given, was that everyone was out for Christmas vacation yet I was receiving emails asking me to be patient. Overall though, this is 1 place I trust to send me the quality I’m expecting and they never ignored me when I had questions or sent emails. Their collections are stunning.
