Description

Ask NHS is now AskFirst.

AskFirst provides you with improved access to health and care advice working alongside the NHS. You can talk through your symptoms in complete confidence with Sensely virtual health assistant. Amazing app

Hadi Mass on

Very useful and simple

Utterly useless

@&£? on

Starts off only asking about Covid symptoms, which I am not interested in. When I found health care and typed in symptoms, response was “Sorry, I didn’t catch that”. How can it mistake typed words? 2024/6 - The above comment was a few years ago. Things haven’t improved. Now in response to a query I just get a small rotating effect in the middle of the screen.

User friendly App

The App is really easy to use and saves time for patients as well as the NHS.

EFFICIENT

Easy to navigate and time saving medical application.

Why the app?

Andrew B........... on

Whilst the app is fine, it’s slow. Some questions seem irrelevant and it would be relevant to be able to add more detail. I feel I need to talk on a face to face appointment with a GP so they can see my symptoms
