Display is not optimised for the iPhone 6+ I hope the developers will look into it as the app itself is very promising. Aside from that, it's a good buy for only a little over a dollar.
Easily the best looking speedo app around.
Starts quickly, very stable, locks on to GPS promptly & displays speed nice and big. Very much my go to speed app when I quickly want to know how fast I'm traveling (eg calibrate a car speedo). Only thing that would make it better is decimal point accuracy option for speed displayed.
Works like it suppose unlike most others.
Love the functionality.... hate the noise it makes. To prevent the double image on HUD mode try using a small patch of the reflective screen cover used for iPhone/iPads. Place this on the inside of your windscreen, but not in your view of the road. Set your iPhone to refect the HUD in this aras and you wont have the double reflections. You can still see through it and it will work in daylight hours as well. But like I said.... not in your direct field of view to the road.
I tried a few other dashboard/HUD apps before finding this one. Plenty of UI options and the speed cam/red light cam integration was a bonus. Speedo is as accurate as any other GPS-based device and the visual alerts when going over various limits are helpful too.
This app is really starting to annoy me I started working great the when I found out how to add camera to the app it started to freeze and it just got worse from there until as soon as I turn it on it freezes straight away. This app is useless waste of money, but if they fix it, it would be great.
For a simple speed and fixed camera alert system it's great. You don't have to be online to use that part of it, whereas many other apps are accessing camera locations live online. When you are in phone data range having the Google map of your location with your current speed as a ghost overlay is handy. As others have said the HUD feature gets diminished by the double reflection off most glass surfaces (You can't have a one sided piece of glass!)
I hate buying a dud... Why does the compass point in the wrong direction? It's about 90 deg out!! Haven't been able to sus the rest of it out yet.... C'mon guys, get it together....!!
