## ASMOKE Reviews in United States

### *---- "Nothing Works."
Battery in and panel came up. Can’t even select my grill. I put a name at the end so it could be found. Ap said we found 60 and just selected one. No screens as above, can’t change anything like temp. The time on device is wrong and can’t change it on panel or on app. Extremely disappointed.
-- Jetakai, 2025-08-25

### ***-- "App is horrible."
I have to reduce the font on my phone so small so that all the info in the app shows on the screen. Then I’m not sure if all the info is there or if there is more below.
-- ..gmann, 2025-06-07

### *---- "No verification code"
Can’t get the app going due to verification code. Tried email and phone number but I don’t receive and code to use app.
-- Hazmat Tech, 2025-05-13

### ***** "Everything works for me."
This is the first time I have used the app or the grill. I didn’t even use the app to set anything up but once I had it up on the grill my phone was already on the same page and connected and displaying the cook and prove temps. Very smooth for me.
-- tccompwiz, 2025-04-14

### *---- "Too many bugs"
This app is poorly made.
-- adkim, 2025-03-16

### ****- "Improving"
App connected and stays connected fine for me now. Still lacking some functionality such as grill mode, but that is more on the hardware side I’m sure. Settings control would also be nice to have or an indicator of when it is okay to unplug the battery after cooling.
-- mgcain05, 2025-03-08

### *---- "No way to create an account"
On iPhone 16 iOS 18.3.1 I only get a login screen. No option to create an account.
-- yonkayonka, 2025-02-11

### *---- "Disconnects from app all the time"
Also, very few recipes available instead of what you would expect expect from smart grill which you can operate and choose recipes from app
-- realOpinionChen, 2025-01-05

### *---- "Trash"
Total trash of an app. Never connects to my grill and always says it’s offline even though it’s running and on WiFi. Garbage app
-- slslovesnls247, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Constant disconnection"
The app will not say connected to the grill. Keep disconnecting .
The grill was connected to WiFi with strong signal, but the connection from the app always shows offline. Super annoying
