ASOS has gone downhill
Perhaps beyond recovery at this point. They were excellent for years & their variety of actually wearable clothing is laughable at this stage. I have no clue what happened. I’d love to know who their buyers are.

The virtual customer service. Is very poor and unhelpful. I asked for email address to send supporting information about my return and was basically cut off.
So disappointing ordered a hard to get item never arrived said courier issue .. signed up for restock and got a few instantly and went into purchase and makes me sign in even this going into my app and item goes when I do very poor service
Shocking delivery service. Customer service doesn’t want to know. 😢
I used to love shopping on asos. It was so seamless, but it’s gone so downhill. Spent the last 20 mins trying to figure out how to speak to a human
Absolutely fab company to deal with, you make shopping too easy 😀
Difficult to maneuver
I love asos . So much choice . Grab a bargain all the way up to high end. Love the next day delivery . Highly recommend.
Don’t bother with ASOS anymore. Paid for premium less than a year ago and now must spend €25 to get my next day delivery. The clothes are all awful now too and super expensive. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere, you can keep your €14 premium bs.
Why can you no longer set the currency to GBP when the Deliver to is set to Ireland? This used to be possible but has disappeared recently.
