I had a terrible experience with this app and cannot recommend it for transferring money to India. I made a transaction that the app marked as successfully completed, but the amount never reached my account. Their customer service is extremely poor, relying solely on a chatbot that responds after 3 to 4 hours, often without providing proper updates.

Even after sending multiple emails to their support team, I received no responsible or timely responses. It took 7 days for my transaction to finally complete, and I had to contact customer service several times daily, only to face failed commitments.

If your funds get stuck, refunds are unlikely, and resolving issues is a frustrating process. Be cautious when using this app.
