This app isn’t worth it, man -- _Weaver_, 2024-12-06 ### ***** "Really solid drawing experience when paired to the Mac" I’ve had Astropad for a while. Ow and with these later Yvette really refined this app. I much prefer hooking my iPad up to the Mac and drawing with it than working on my large Cintiq that takes up so much space. -- Lord B, 2024-12-05 ### *---- "Resource Hog" Years ago I bought the Kickstarter with the USB dongle for my MacBook Pro. It was a high powered computer but it ran super hot when I used it with Astropad Studio. So I quit using it. Yesterday I saw they had released a Windows version without need for a dongle. Great, I thought, let’s give it a go. Sadly, it was the same issue even on a very powerful Dell laptop. When I draw with the Apple Pencil on my iPad Pro, both the GPU and CPU usage spike, which kicks the fans on to high speed. My computer was running very hot, just like the old MacBook Pro. So I cancelled my trial. Also, the price is ridiculously high. Even the special discount of $63.99 a year is awfully high. I appreciate that they got rid of the dongle, but the continuing subscription cost over time isn’t, to me anyway, justified. -- The Reluctant Critic, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Greed ruined this app" Years ago I paid $30 for Astropad, the most I’ve ever spent on an iPad app, after 2 or three years they forced updates that bricked the app for me, at the same time releasing this app where they change the flat fee to a wildly high monthly subscription… forget that… Never using their products again… These people are greedy crooks -- AMBrecords, 2024-11-10 ### **--- "Yet another “upgraded” subscription app" Yet another one-time purchase app removed from the App Store, only to be replaced with the “endless subscription” model of app. It’s getting really tiring. I also don’t want to sign up for yet another trial just to try out an app. I have zero interest in juggling a bunch of trials and/or subscriptions/ checking in to make sure they haven’t expired etc. No. -- specialappssk, 2024-09-29 ### *---- "Sneaky" It allows you to download before telling you its not free. -- JimB1962333, 2024-09-05 ### ***** "Amazing tool, works better than current Mac display sharing" I love this tool. Really makes your iPad like a mini Wacom tablet or something. Very easy to use, and not expensive for what it does. I can’t get Mac display sharing to work for me without changing the display size on one of the machines. But this app does it with no problem. Love it. Thank you! -- sarasaysyay, 2024-09-04 ### *---- "Bad" How can we start drawing because I put in my email it keeps telling me to pay -- Muni10490, 2024-08-27 ### *---- "Worst drawing game ever" First of it cost me money Second of it wouldn’t even let me play the game I tried to play it and as soon as I got in the game it kicked me out so I tried agin it didn’t work!😡 -- blueyfan346, 2024-07-28 ### *---- "No go" After upgrade app disappeared -- Olinsguitar, 2024-07-24 [View all Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Subscription | $99.99 | ## Astropad Studio Drawing Tablet Discovered Keywords -
