Why is it that one can exchange from dollar to local currency but can’t never exchange from local currency to dollar… it’s so painful.

created an astropay account for the first time ever today just so i can buy a maven account was going well till i had to pay for the maven prop firm and its showing me access denied ???? your app also not opening again and your site is telling me my login credentials are wrong while i’m very certain it’s correct is this some kind of foul play???? terrible first impression 🤦🏾♂️👨🏾🦯 very terrible!!!!!!

This people have a very bad customer service. And it is looking like they want to take over peoples funds . They have restricted my account and refused to give me my funds saying I should bring a proof of fund worth over USD 15000 which I don’t have.. They are looking for who to scam
