But, there is no easy way to search a specific time frame. Please add a search option because the current options are not easy or user friendly. -- eva_dono, 2025-09-05 ### *---- "Disappointing." The app takes forever to load, and then shuts down when you hit optimize. It takes 30 minutes for it to even open. The actual back-up is disappointing. -- casscassiecasscass, 2025-09-04 ### *---- "Not working." What is going on with this app? Trying to open it but nothing, get stuck at its first screen, freezing for ever. -- Jdanpe, 2025-06-26 ### *---- "Useless!" I intended this to be SEPARATE from my photos app and instead it just loaded all photos without new getting a say in the matter. Now I have to delete HUNDREDS of photos I never wanted to be on here if I'm going to use it. More likely I'm just deleting the app and finding a better one that gives me a choice in what happens to MY pictures. -- joat2b, 2025-03-16 ### **--- "Horrible." This app is horrible. It crashes all the time, it is unreasonably SLOW, drains the battery quickly, and constantly pauses because the phone gets “too hot” (barely warm). I have been unable to successfully complete a full backup. -- Drotski, 2025-01-12 ### *---- "Can’t really do much with it" it takes so long to load, once the pictures show up they won’t save because they can’t load all the way and the app quits multiple times, i only have about a year backed up and it won’t even let me go back to april to save photos. this app is a joke -- Birdsnestt, 2024-12-28 ### ***** "These guys come through in the clutch" I love this app. All this storage and an affordable cost of insuring with Asurion Home +. -- TRU_Pacman, 2024-11-25 ### *---- "Photos" Disappointed the app just crashed and went blank. Can’t see anything!!! -- RoZeDoZ, 2024-11-03 ### ***-- "The app is not working" It says I need to verify my account but it hasn’t sent me and email and it won’t let me see any of my pictures or upload anything -- Drefen21, 2024-10-28 ### *---- "Customer Support Nonexistant" How can I put 0 stars? Because that’s what they deserve. Don’t even bother trying to reach out to this company regarding photo storage. They will refer you to email the photo support and they are non existent and won’t even acknowledge your email. It’s been (5) weeks. Over 29000 photos that I have in the storage in which I am unable to download onto my hard drive. -- Rfb1334, 2024-09-27 [View all Asurion Photos reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Asurion Photos Discovered Keywords - cloud storage - id photo - photo albums - backup - at - photos - connect app - photo storage app - free picture storage - photo drive ## Apps Similar to Asurion Photos - [Groupsy by Photobucket](https://apptail.io/app/groupsy-by-photobucket-Ai/united-states) - [iフォトアルバム - 大切な写真や動画をアルバムに保存・整理](https://apptail.io/app/i-gdc/united-states) - [Photo Safe - private photos](https://apptail.io/app/photo-safe-private-photos-bfm/united-states) - [Photos+ Cloud Library](https://apptail.io/app/photos-cloud-library-eIdb/united-states) - [Photo Gallery : Albums](https://apptail.io/app/photo-gallery-albums-NRec/united-states) - [FOREVER®](https://apptail.io/app/forever-tjuc/united-states) - [Picture Keeper Connect](https://apptail.io/app/picture-keeper-connect-KFNf/united-states) - [Mylio Photos](https://apptail.io/app/mylio-photos-jpQh/united-states) - [AT&T Photo Storage](https://apptail.io/app/att-photo-storage-LlQj/united-states) - [myPhotoVault](https://apptail.io/app/myphotovault-NlQj/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
