Broken App, Creepy Privacy Policy
App has always been disappointingly janky and flaky on connection. AT&T's router management app consistently offered a better experience than this, shocking, I know. Not to rest on their laurels, ASUS recently forced users to agree to just hand over all traffic they send over their home networks to ASUS with their creepy new privacy policy, or else features that WERE ALREADY WORKING on your router will stop. I'm never buying ASUS again.

Not happy that many of my devices will not connect to this router
One mesh node keeps losing connection.
Fast speeds But one node keeps losing connection.
6Ghz backhaul garbage
App doesn’t work right. Website doesn’t work right. Can’t enable 6Ghz backhaul between 2 ASUS devices that each boast about it. I’d be embarrassed if I were ASUS to spend so much effort trying to make the devices look cool, only to have such awful software.
Connection loss, bad interface
Frequent loss of connection and the UI is difficult to understand. Family profile setting is available but it’s such a slow process. Wish they had a user-friendly interface similar to Eero.
ASUS Aced it
My internet providers had no clue what to do with it when I got home from work had it working as fast as it updated the firmware (10 min) and has been working great totally love it love all the features great for those with children/teens
Easy to use with a ton of features
The app has no drawbacks. I’d have anticipated that I would prefer to use the web interface, but this app is great and so easy to use.
No screen keyboard on iPad
I am running an iPad Air running IOS 17.4.1. I was using the app to setup my ASUS network. I successfully connected to the router and was prompted to enter a network name and password. When I tried to enter these I could not get the on screen keyboard to pop up. I even reset the iPad with no help. This prevents me from using the router.
