## Asymptote Description
ASYMPTOTE ist ein kosten- und werbefreies System zum adaptiven und synchronen Mathematiklernen. Bei ASYMPTOTE bearbeiten Schüler:innen sogenannte Lerngraphen – strukturierte Aufgabensammlungen zu einem bestimmten Themengebiet. Hierbei werden die Lernenden durch Hinweise und eine automatische Antwortvalidierung sowie aufrufbare Musterlösungen unterstützt. Zudem werden die Lernenden mit Punkten für erfolgreiche Aufgabenbearbeitungen belohnt!
Der Lerngraph bietet aber noch mehr: Im Sinne des adaptiven Lernens kann ASYMPTOTE auf leichtere Hilfsaufgaben verweisen, sollte die Bearbeitung der aktuellen Aufgabe nicht gelingen. Zugleich stehen mit den Bonusaufgaben auch anspruchsvolle Herausforderungen für all jene zur Verfügung, welche die vorigen Aufgaben gelöst haben.
Mit dem „Digitalen Klassenzimmer“ steht außerdem ein Tool für synchronen Mathematikunterricht zur Verfügung, bei welchem die Lernenden direkt mit der Lehrperson via Chat in Kontakt treten können. Die Lehrperson kann ihrerseits den Bearbeitungsfortschritt der Schüler:innen in Echtzeit einsehen und somit gezieltes Feedback zum Bearbeitungsprozess geben.
Die ASYMPTOTE-App steht in den Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch, Griechisch, Italienisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch zur Verfügung. Die App und das zugehörige Webportal werden im Rahmen der Erasmus+ Strategischen Partnerschaft ASYMPTOTE durch die Europäische Union gefördert.
