## At Home Stores Reviews in United States

### *---- "Horrible useless app"
Literally nothing works on this thing. At all. Erases favorites doesn’t keep things in cart. Sucks deleted immediately.
-- Sarahzeee, 2026-08-28

### ***** "Store"
The store is nicely laid out. Item easy to find. Love all the store designs for the holidays. The employees are alway so friendly and helpful. Prices are great .
-- Oscarbuddyari, 2026-08-17

### **--- "Glitchy"
Doesnt allow you to scroll through items without it scrolling and passing items on its own. Literally impossible to browse items
-- Veevg555, 2026-08-16

### *---- "Horrible"
They suck
-- …27271, 2026-07-20

### *---- "Horrible"
App literally never works ever
-- Official Chungy, 2026-07-06

### **--- "Keeps crashing and deleting my cart"
Keeps crashing and deleting my cart
-- jh_04, 2026-06-21

### ***-- "Buggy"
The app itself is aesthetically pleasing, but has a bug that makes it borderline unusable. When scrolling through any search/category the app starts glitching and scrolling down repeatedly where it won’t let you get back to where you were at without closing the app and starting over.
-- .....justdisappointed, 2026-06-18

### **--- "Unfortunately Terrible"
I would love to like this app but I can’t. At Home is one of my favorite stores but I don’t go frequently because the closest one to my house is almost 2 hours away. I’ve had the app downloaded for a couple of years but I’ve never been able to purchase anything off of it because it just doesn’t function properly and it’s set up poorly. The descriptions and details of opens leave the shopper with more questions than answers, most items have only one photo and gave no perspective, and the filter feature is weak and doesn’t function properly. The search generates results that aren’t relevant to the query. The app crashes a lot. There’s so much more to say that doesn’t work and it’s really frustrating. I wanted to shop the Memorial Day BOGO sale but wasn’t able to because of functionality problems. None of these complaints are new and have been persistent since I’ve had the app.
-- ViperMom149, 2026-05-23

### ***-- "On line web version works app doesn’t"
If I pull up online, web works but the App doesn’t work right for me. 4/28/26
-- Jlbfla, 2026-04-28

### ***** "Makes shopping in store much easier."
Loving that I can see what products my store has before I go, this makes it much easier and faster once I get to the store!
-- Nickhalf, 2026-04-10
