## AT Park Description
AT Park is the new, easy way to pay for parking! Users can pay for parking directly from their phone without the need to visit a parking machine or display a ticket. There are maps where you can find the location and price of parking. 

First register with your email address, phone number, vehicle number plate and credit card. Then you are good to start parking. Simply enter the Area ID number found on signs and stickers on machines, and the vehicle number plate into the app and then start your session. When you get back to your car you can stop your session and only pay for the time you have used. You can set a fixed time period if you prefer and reminders are also optional. The parking cost is charged directly to your credit card and there are no transaction fees. There can be multiple vehicles and users on one account.

Terrible service and app. Parked in town and couldn’t find the machine anywhere do downloaded the app. Reset password but still couldn’t log in. Couldn’t change vehicle number plate. All round horrible experience and they will probably fine me

I had to change my App Store location (which would mean I would have to forfeit any credit in the store) to download this app and not get charged ridiculous processing fees at the pay machines. What a ripoff. Do you really think only people living permanently in NZ would need this app? Broaden your horizon please or stop charging fees at the parking machines.

The app makes a simple task confusing. I followed what I thought was the logical flow to start my parking, but the app then (and still after leaving the building) shows an 11 minute session which starts tomorrow. Clicking the session crashes the entire app. Eventually had to find a pay machine to confirm it had worked. 

This app needs to be revisited by a development team.

It shouldn’t come as a surprise that the Auckland Transport parking app is about as good as their service in general - they make it so convoluted to do the most simple thing such as update your card details or change your general details

Really hard to set a secure password when it won’t let you copy paste your passwords from where ever you’ve stored them.  Password field is unresponsive to tap most of the time.
Doesn’t autofill when selecting from password store.
Autocorrects your email you are entering !! 
So frustrating when you need to log in to add a plate before parking .

Gone through the settings many times, even my AT website account. Can’t get the reminders to work. I’ve been hit with large charges on my card because it’s so easy to drive off & forget you have it running on your phone. This used to work well buy now it doesn’t work at all!
