Terrible service and app. Parked in town and couldn’t find the machine anywhere do downloaded the app. Reset password but still couldn’t log in. Couldn’t change vehicle number plate. All round horrible experience and they will probably fine me

Can’t even log in to use the app. Sends a code to sign up and then gives error message. Can’t use what you can’t access. In this day and age - all very odd that it’s this hard.

The worst interface. Often not connecting to server. What is the point? Is AT try to collect parking fines?

App authentication doesn’t work even work and the error messgae has two typos within its 20 words. So amateur. Typical AT work.

Can’t update card details, can’t delete old rego from vehicles, got an error when I tried to actually park. 100 times easier to just use the meter.

I had to change my App Store location (which would mean I would have to forfeit any credit in the store) to download this app and not get charged ridiculous processing fees at the pay machines. What a ripoff. Do you really think only people living permanently in NZ would need this app? Broaden your horizon please or stop charging fees at the parking machines.

Can't paste your password from a password app. Unusable Interface. Endless pop-ups. Reminders don't work.

This app is pointless when you download it you only get an option to register not sign in obviously I already have an account as when I try to go via MyAT it tells me my phone number is already in use!!! Another AT failure!!

Brilliant, easy to use! Always a pleasure!
