Painful to navigate through. Why isn’t it the same as the personal one?

Sometimes difficult to do with camera

Easy and secured

Easy acess with secured code, which give the feeling of safety everytime I log in to the account.

Cheque deposits

I can’t up load any pictures of my cheques for deposit. Only reason I have this app on my iPad.

Ok - but mobile cheque deposit issues

iPad version, after updates are released, the mobile cheque deposit seems to always have issues.It’s basically the only reason why I have the app. Made the mistake of updating the app today and I can’t upload pictures of my cheques. Very frustrating.

I used to love the app, until the new update. Can you please fix the issue with depositing cheques? It won’t let me take the front or back pictures.

Face ID no longer authenticate

The app now requires password and text authentication for every login. Face ID is no longer functional. Could you please address this issue?

Im going to change banks so i dont have to deal with this trash “app”

I used to be able to check my accounts. This update makes it nearly impossible. Pure trash

Feature malfunction

Hello there, can you guys please take a look at the three dashes that are on the top left corner of the app on my iPhone 15 Pro this feature I cannot click on it when it is vertical form thank you.
