Login issues
Passkey login doesn’t work no matter how many times you delete and recreate the passkey. Login is often slow, and the page fails to load. Just bring back the old login as that actually worked! I’d downgrade if it was possible.

And newest update won’t work again Wow what a surprise!
App only works on wifi not on cellular data for some reason after newest update on apple App Store (and yes I have cellular data on for the app in settings) Used to be a good app but the last year has been absolutely horrible 👎
App sucks
The app is so slow and it makes me log in 3 times to actually get into my bank.
Horrible
This app is constantly giving me issues. I don’t even know how many time in the past six months I’ve had to call to get into my account. It constantly fails for one reason or another and once again it has stopped functioning at a critical moment for me. Get it together. Oh and as a bonus, these new, cheap bank cards you’re putting out are constantly needing to be replaced because they quickly become unreadable by multiple machines, and the coating peels which also causes issues.

Fix your app ATB, your app is always down especially when needed.
Terrible. Worst version yet
App keeps saying “error” then freezes and you have to delete app and reload. I strongly dislike this version
This app is useless.
I have been battling with this for 2 months. One day I can use the site, the next it says I need Java script. I have banked with ATB for 50 years, not sure I feel secure any more.

Hate the updated login
Title says it all. Since they’ve updated the login page i absolutely despise having to access my account. Along with the new fees, it almost feels worth it to switch banks entirely.
