App is broken

You can’t track the deliveries with this app. You put in the order and then have no clue when it is actually picked up, when it is arriving, if it’s delivered. Last order just showed up 90 mins later with zero notifications, this time I had a discount offer (from complaining about it) so used it again against my better judgement and STILL NO LIVE TRACKING. So many tabs and none of them take me to my active order. The lack of info is so frustrating. Use the other apps.

I’ve had this app for a few years now. It’s not letting me log in even though I have password saved on device, keeps telling me to press forgot password and will send link, have t received not 1 email to even reset password. Not happy as I’ve done a few purchases and haven’t been able to claim reward points. Now a week later of first review and no response as to how I can sign back into this app???????

Very frustrating to use, loading screens pop up all the time and it isn’t very user friendly

DONT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. KEEPS CRASHING AND THE OFFERS CANT BE APPLIED ANYWAY. SPENT 20 MINUTES TRYING TO ORDER FOOD TO EVENTUALLY JUST GIVE UP AND RING NOODLE BOX DIRECTLY!!!!!

Still waiting 30 minutes for a simple stir fry while the store resolves it, they obviously don’t trust the app either

Can’t use as cannot get past the silly captcha no matter how many times I try and how simple it is!!

This app is so frustrating , incredibly glitchy and crashes constantly. The whole thing is painful and will never again order Noodle Box it seems. 2023 people, fix it.

Everything about this app is horrible. It’s extremely bad experience I recommend avoiding it. The app was extremely slow when you click on anything (more than 30 seconds waiting before it responded). I then put through an order for noodle box with a mix of regular and large size meals. We paid and then checked the order confirmation screen and somehow they were all small meals (not what we ordered). I think the app couldn’t handle multiple mixed sizes of the same item but I have no idea. I called the store and they couldn’t help they had no idea how the app worked. Then I got a confirmation from Uber of the order so it’s not even their system it’s just some garbage overlay that just ends up with Uber anyway. I couldn’t change or cancel my order. Very bad experience will never use this again.
