## Atera Reviews in United States

### *---- "Can you please fix the app !!"
Can you please fix the app for IOS 26 . Can’t login . It loops back
-- Itzen.us, 2026-03-07

### *---- "Hot garbage"
Absolute trash, to this day. Still cannot login.
-- orgitnized, 2026-02-17

### **--- "Unacceptable login issues"
The app “works” but is very limited in features. This in itself is not a huge dealbreaker because it’s understood to be a companion to the website, but what I can’t tolerate is the app keeps logging out on its own and then won’t allow me to log in again *every time* on my own phone and iPad, requiring me to go through hoops receiving an email and logging in from the browser. This makes notifications useless as they don’t arrive if the app is logged out.
-- Charlie Jorge, 2026-01-24

### *---- "Rarely works"
I can rarely ever get this app to login successfully. Now with my new phone, it never logged in. I uninstall it reboot, install it again and it just goes to a blank white screen. I close it open it and it wants me to login again when I go through the same pattern over and over again, so it’s basically a worthless app at this point.
-- *DJR*, 2025-12-11

### *---- "Terrible app"
So many login issues, it makes the app unusable. UI is also just terrible.
-- shockbot54, 2025-12-11

### *---- "App Sucks"
While the Atera platform is great, this app really sucks. It’s pointless to have an app that you can’t even use. You can’t even get past the login. Support just says they’ll have to whitelist your device for it work. We’ll probably switch software just because of this issue alone.
-- bherring1979, 2025-12-11

### *---- "Unreliable"
Similar to other comments. App is horrible and refuses to login. App needs to be redesigned. Getting tired of this. Do better!
-- Hipusmc, 2025-12-11

### *---- "Can’t login"
No errors. Just loops. It was bad before but now useless.
-- Wiicycle, 2025-12-06

### *---- "Newest update cannot respond to tickets."
The latest update makes us unable to type and send messages in tickets. When attempting to write ticket response the screen goes all white but leaves the keyboard open. You cannot use any part of the UI to send, and you can’t confirm what you’re typing or even know if it’s typing in the first place. This is a major problem.
-- IT Admin_, 2025-12-04

### *---- "Can’t login"
It just returns to the login start after I enter my password. No chance to enter my MFA.
