The app is okay just for tickets but does not show any extras you have ordered so you still have to download all the tickets otherwise you cannot access the additional services you have ordered. For clarity these have also been ordered via ATG on the original booking.  Overall a huge gap in the functionality of the app and rendering it useless

I love the fact that the app makes it easier to buy tickets and pre order drinks etc.   my favourite thing and something more ticketing apps should do is that the app shows the view of the stage from the seat you choose so you know when buying the ticket if you’ll be able to see everything.

Unsure why ATG have built a fairly nice app and forgotten or chosen to omit ‘Add to Wallet’ for tickets. This is no longer possible from their confirmation emails either.
