Yeah, the app doesn’t work for me, sorry. It won’t let me log in at all, I enter my account and use the email code and it just circles back around to ask all over again. Can’t get in!

I used to use this app all the time. Now every time I open it I’m forced to go through multiple MFA steps (email and SMS codes), even if I have completed the steps to set up FaceID login. I understand the need for security measures, but when they destroy the user experience this much it motivates me to switch loan providers (the uncompetitive interest rates now offered by Athens are also a motivation to move away).

The app is fine once your logged in, but it needs to keep the login and protect it by face id or something as it’s painful enough to login every time i might as well just use the website…
Literally used it two times 10mins apart and I had to go through the full login process twice.

This never used to be an issue. The app is otherwise very easy to use and I like to check my balance regularly as my pay goes straight in. But every single time now I need to login and for some reason it doesn’t work easily with Apple keychain, or automatically filling in the OTP from my messages
