## Athena Kegel Trainer for Women Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Love, but suddenly stopped working"
I love this app but suddenly when I added more reminders for workouts my Reminder stopped working all together. And very hard to reach customer support to troubleshoot the problem
-- Miss7mead, 2024-12-20

### ***** "Great little app, lean and clean"
Love this app, it’s easy to use, and doesn’t have all sorts of bells and whistles. It just reminds you to do your kegels and if you’re not aware of what kegels are as a woman, then start immediately. This app will help you on your way to a regular practice. Young women need to learn this as much as pre and post menopausal women do!!! Start young and prevent issues later on in life.
-- Dutchess23, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Waste of money"
What a waste of money. All it really does is count.
-- alisondal29, 2024-03-09

### ***** "Love this app"
Kegals work but the problem is remembering to do them. You can try to connect them to something you do every day (like get up in the morning) but habits are hard to establish. This app reminds you up to three times a day. It doesn’t nag but it does tell you that you need to get busy.
I like that you set your own reminder times, and I like that you can set the app to “discreet” mode so that your Apple watch or screen says “breathe…relax” rather than “squeeze-relax” and I like that as you progress it will increase the challenge for you.
I am very satisfied with this app and recommend it!
