Welcome to the ATI PT CONNECT App! Log in to access your personalized Home Exercise Program directly on your mobile device. Please note that access is exclusive to ATI PT CONNECT patients.

With this app, you’ll find HD instructional videos to guide you through your personalized exercise plan. Don't forget to select 'Mark as Complete' after finishing your exercises so you can track your progress!

This app also integrates with your phone’s Motion and Fitness framework to track your daily step count.
As you achieve milestones, you’ll earn trophies and medals to celebrate your achievements, which you can view in the 'Awards' tab.

Prefer using a different language? Simply go to the 'More' tab and choose from various language options.

### *---- "DO NOT DOWNLOAD - YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR MEDICAL VISITS EACH TIME"
A complete insurance scam. No one tells you that each time you open this app, you and your insurance company will be charged for a remote monitoring service or a telehealth visit. After realizing this, I have been spending months (multiple emails and phone calls because the onsite staff can not do anything about this situation) trying to get their disorganized billing department to remove the visits and charges from my insurance plan. The billing department repeatedly blames the insurance coverage and claims department, but when I asked to speak with that department directly, I was told there was no way to contact them.   I still have no clear path to resolution. Have your physical therapist print you a copy of the exercises instead. And note, one of my charges came from me trying to figure out in the app if there was a way to contact their billing department about removing the charges. I got charged for a visit while I was a passenger in a car for an eight hour trip clearly not doing PT at that time.

I downloaded the app like my therapist suggested and used it for the first five days that I did my home exercises. It was nice to have and see the video to make sure I was doing everything correct and to keep track of my time doing it.

But then, for no reason at all, my app just stopped working. It just kept telling me that there was an error and it couldn’t connect to my data. I tried everything I did everything that I could think of to get it to work.

I even uninstalled it and installed it again and then I was reading the reviews to see if anyone else was having issues an to my surprise from the reviews that I’ve read you’re charged every time you use the app which is very disappointing. 

I really enjoyed using it and it was very helpful 

So even though I tried to install it again and still got the same error, I’ve deleted it and won’t be installing it again as I don’t wanna be charged down the road

My therapist when I first visited told me to download the app and there are exercises you can do at home at it has how to videos. Never said anything about just watching videos would have been considered a telehealth visit and I’d be charged each time. Luckily I slacked on this and only used them twice otherwise if I was doing this daily like they asked I would have been well over $1000 in charges. Then when I call to dispute they offer my a 5% discount. I have more physical therapy to do but I will not be going back to ATI. WHAT A SCAM

This app has helped me stay on track with my at home exercises and it has helped me communicate with my virtual therapist to adapt some exercises. The user experience would be better if the app allowed the user to mark streaks of previous days as completed (I’ve requested this in the feedback several times with no success)

I have set up my account on the search engine: can’t log in on app. I reset my password for the first time, succeeded, and proceeded to the app: still can’t log in saying password incorrect. Retried a second time: nope.
