## ATL311 Mobile App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Tickets not completed"
Over the years every time I have submitted a ticket for a pothole or another issue, they are marked as complete and never complete completed. If the city wants people to use the 311 app, they need to follow through.
-- ASM4560, 2025-10-28

### **--- "Worthless app"
The app only helps with a handful of very specific tasks. If you want to file a complaint about a property, it has to be a one of a limited number of issues. For example, you can’t use it to submit a complaint about a neighbor with an overgrown yard, which seems to be like a common complaint.
-- Dp22222, 2025-07-11

### *---- "Slow and unresponsive"
Slow and unresponsive especially for reporting major potholes
-- Christian Bokich, 2025-04-21

### *---- "Needs help"
App very glitchy. A lot of features don’t work well.
-- Atl mama, 2025-04-10

### ***** "Reliable Collections"
Over three years, the employees have demonstrated cleanliness in my residence and the neighborhood!
-- Brigitte Jackson, 2024-09-24

### *---- "Chat bot is bad and can’t create simple service requests"
I wanted to created a service request for a black city trash can that is anchored to the sidewalk and is overflowing with trash. Not possible in the app.
-- PRHR-Reviews, 2023-08-29

### *---- "App doesn’t do anything"
Application doesn’t really do anything. Ticket status doesn’t change but that could be because the work isn’t completed.
-- Rufus802, 2023-08-29

### *---- "Can’t report pothole"
System cannot register valid Atlanta address (1127 Clifton road). Then when I tried to enter app support, that also had an error!!! (Error 4). What kind of crap is that? Come on Atlanta! Come on devs!
-- Morgan g, 2023-06-25

### *---- "Appears to be discontinued"
Atlanta has apparently stopped receiving service requests
-- Jm1975atl, 2022-05-17

### *---- "What happened?"
App used to be great and efficient with reporting issues. Now, you keep getting redirected to the website and the issues never get addressed. Wth
