Very slow web and app
Terrible because it’s slow
Can’t pay my bill
So cool that you can add your debit card or bank info to pay your bills. However the app will not let me do so this month. Back to writing checks I guess.

I got behind on my Electric when Covid hit & now I’m few thousand behind… They will not give me a payment plan without thousands of dollars down.. I am screwed..!!! Looks like I’m gonna be homeless

This company is running a scam. If I could give 0 stars I would.

New meter my Electric bill up by 2 and 1/3 . It’s doubled plus in 6 months. Highway robbery.
Problems
How can I pay my bill [$545] on invoice. But when going to pay it online amount is zero!
Thieves
We went from a $7 bill with solar to $70 with the increase in fees. The BPU should be ashamed of themselves allowing this nonsense.
