Atlas Earth is an awesome game with a fantastic concept, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed playing it—when it worked. Unfortunately, my game hasn’t worked properly for FOUR months now. It refuses to load on mobile data and only works on WiFi. This isn’t an issue with my phone (everything else works perfectly), and I’ve tried every possible fix on my end. What’s really frustrating is the poor customer support. - I’ve reached out almost ten times now, only to be met with unhelpful advice like “unplug your computer” (I’m on an iPhone—this is a mobile-only game!). Despite my persistence, no real solution has been provided. This could easily be a 4-star game with better feedback and a fix for this bug, but at the moment, I’m stuck. I hope the developers take notice of this review and work on addressing these issues.
