ATM Milano Official App

The app is hideous. I’m not sure if it’s the QR codes or train stations’ issues but the ticket mostly can’t be scanned. For example you can easily enter but can’t exit because the machines tell you that you entered without scanning your ticket even though you did. It happens everytime I used the app. I would recommend to by a physical ticket because it would be more convenient then digital one.

My ticket that was supposed to be valid for 3 days expired about 15 hours before it was supposed to do so. Should have been valid until about 18:30, whereas it expired at 03:45 making it effectively a 2 day pass for 15,50 EUR.

I can’t buy a weekly pass on the app.

Absolutely disastrous. After creating an account, You can’t log into it, app says that there is no such an account. No information what should I do next, after a few tries I logged into my account on website and added my Visa card. Only after that I could log into in the app. On my surprise I was charged 2,20 as if I would buy a bus ticket (but I didn’t). While buying the ticket it also redirects to the website and I have to fill in my card details again and again before every purchase. Hire a new app developer please.

Ultimo aggiornamento/restyling ha peggiorato le cose.

L’ultimo aggiornamento è veramente bruttissimo era molto meglio quello precendente! I preferiti sono nascosti e sono impostati zona per zona con trasporti che non ti interessano, non ti da modo di salvare i trasporti nel modo più adeguato a te. É illeggibile soprattutto nei momenti che sei di fretta. Potevano solo introdurre la tessera digitale con l’app precedente e invece hanno voluto rivoluzionare tutto in modo pessimo. Adesso mi tocca utilizzare un altro app invece di questo per facilitarmi le cose…😕😕😕

Ti chiedono di registrarti , accedi con il tuoi dati compili profilo , ma quando vuoi assistenza ti richiedono i tuoi dati . Che senso ha ? Posso capire i dati del mezzo ed il problema

Non è corretto disattivare la tessera fisica. È giusto che sia fisica sia digitale. Svegliatevi
