Why can’t I see the points earned on Alaska from a recent trip? Where the heck is my credit card records of charging and balance due? Why is this made so hard to use? -- everyones sad mad, 2025-11-03 ### *---- "Redirect to Website" Why have an app if everything you click on redirects you to the website? -- REDIRECT_, 2025-11-01 ### *---- "Junk" App opens, hello to ‘me’, then when i go to profile, my wife shows up…really??? -- R_m09, 2025-10-27 ### *---- "Where’s the basic functionality?!" Is this just a status dashboard? Where can I view My Trips?!!!!!!! There’s no functionality…. -- 9983irish, 2025-10-23 ### *---- "Morons" Whoever is in charge of this app/program needs to be fired. I enter my password, and it tell me it’s wrong. I change my password, enter it, and it tells me it’s wrong. Repeat two more times, wrong every time. You have one job and you can’t do it well, such an embarrassment to software developers. -- M12Choi, 2025-10-21 ### *---- "Worst app EVER" Worthless -- fare trade, 2025-10-17 ### *---- "Ruined Alaska Airlines customer experience" Ever since atmos started I have nothing but problems with the app and customer service. I fly 2 - 3 times a month had nothing but praise for Alaska Airlines until 8 weeks ago. Now I can’t get through precheck line, even though it’s on my app, I got stuck with a $650 bill for lost baggage the customer support agent assured me I’d be reimbursed for now it is not being honored, I filed a complaint a month ago with no response at all and now the flights I am taking, miles are not getting added to my mileage plan. Only reason I’m giving 1 star is you can’t give 0. -- Jeff Silvernagel, 2025-10-14 ### *---- "Go back to Hawaii App" Awful App merge on every level. The app is basically a web link. -- Working Stiff, 2025-10-11 ### *---- "What is the point?" Maybe it’s b/c they are continuing with the Hawaiian airlines merge and they are still working on things, but for now, I find it very redundant to have this app if every time I need to view my info. or book a flight, I am then redirected to the online site where I have to login yet again. The AK airlines app is still far more useful for booking etc. and I find that app far more useful, though I admit redirection to the URL is still needed for things. Hopefully this app will improve in function as things settle on this merge. -- iriegyrl, 2025-10-10 ### *---- "Can’t sign in, removed and couldn’t get support" Frustration to get app to work. Downloaded, created password and then knocked out due to unrecognizable password. Called 7 times for support and never connected. Removed app after 3 days of trying. -- EMJung, 2025-10-10 [View all Atmos Rewards reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Atmos Rewards Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | United States | Travel | #208 | ## Atmos Rewards Discovered Keywords - atmos rewards ## Atmos Rewards Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/atmos-rewards-ywCw/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/atmos-rewards-ywCw/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
