I’m Ready.
Stole my $5 AMC Reward
I applied the TMobile $5 promo at checkout and noticed it also applied my $5 AMC reward. I wanted to save my AMC reward but there was no button in the app to easily remove the AMC reward. So I removed my AMC account# from the order and confirmed it was only applying the Tmobile promo to the order. After checkout, I noticed it still took my $5 AMC reward! I’ve been trying to use their chatbot to connect to an agent for hours now and no real agent has replied to my request for a refund. I’m very frustrated with Atom and would not use the app again since there are obvious bugs and lack of customer service to assist.
Great app
Love this app it’s so easy to use and love how it shows the times of the movie and the theaters near you. I’m glad I got this app! It’s so easy to cancel tickets or change times ! I recommend it !
Ticket purchase
I have had this app for quite some time now. However over the last year I have not been able to purchase my tickets. I always get an “your order is taking longer than usual” code and never receive my tickets. I’ve had $5 ticket codes that I have not been able to use because I have to go through Atom. Yes I end up paying full price because I can’t just tell my babies no we can’t go because I can’t use the code. It isn’t their fault. I have emailed the company but not one person got back in a timely manner and with a solution. I’m so over this app. Paying full price for 5 tickets can get a little pricey.
Rick and Morty is where you need to get your tickets
Tried to purchase my tickets on this app and I could not get past the seating mapping which did not show up. I am very disappointed in this app. It makes me feel that I need to go to the brick-and-mortar to purchase my tickets because going to the brick and mortar is more reliable than the app

Name on Credit Card statement is annoying
The app is great! I’ve used it 3 or 4 times. I can easily add movie tickets to my Apple wallet. The problem I have is not really with the app but it might make me stop using the app. When I buy tickets through the app the name on my credit card statement shows up as what seems to be random letters and numbers. I have to spend 5 mins looking it up to figure out what the charge is. Just charge my CC with the name of the businesslike every other company does. If it just said Atom Tickets on my CC Statement, I’d give this app 5 stars.
I fell for the bait and switch
Got an email for 4 free tickets. Invites the grandkids and while trying to purchase the deal, the code says it’s no longer valid. Anyhoo, wasn’t going to disappoint the kiddos, so bought the tickets anyway. Which was probably the ruse in the first place. NSTAAFL.
