UPDATE: Then commenting to contact them does absolutely nothing! I received the same canned message I got from the individual on the phone! They will not assist you in any way shape or form if something happens while ordering and you aren’t aware!!! Stay away from this app at all costs! I used the app for the first time. Selected a date for a movie and our seats using a discount we received through our phone provider. Had to jump off the app only to come back and it backed out of what I selected and you couldn’t find it! I reselected the tickets and selected the seats and paid which should have been for 9-3-26. The app changed to 9-1-26! Therefore we are heading to the movies tonight and there’s no tickets! I then find out they had expired due to being for the 1st. Kindly asked Muhammad Y. if I could have a refund due to the convoluted experience and unintentionally missing our movie on the 1st. He came back with I should have canceled up to 30 minutes prior to the movie! HAD I KNOWN it booked them for the 1st instead of the 3rd as intended I would have done so!!!! No refund offered! Will uninstall and place a horrible review on Google as well!!! No thank you Atom! You lost a first and only time customer! -- civilclerk1, 2026-09-07 ### ***** "Excellent ease of use" T Mobile gives you $5 bucks off your ticket every Tuesday that COLLABORATES will Atom👌 -- Foot fetish, 2026-09-02 ### ***** "Movie app" Incredible app for looking up reviews and getting tickets for the newest movies. Thank You -- bornbeautystar, 2026-08-22 ### ***** "Thanks for this $5 movie ticket" I love watching $5 movies. I even invite my children and relatives to watch movies. Thanks to T-Mobile Tuesday too. -- L.P.G.C., 2026-08-21 ### ***** "Simply Simple" Very easy to navigate and loved the promo -- BrotherMitchWPNS, 2026-08-21 ### ***** "The Best App" Amoo esta Aplicación. Fácil y Rápido pero sobretodo Accesible. 🔥🔥🔥🙏 -- CJbermu, 2026-08-19 ### *---- "Atom gave me wrong information" We purchased tickets through Atom app to see a movie August 2nd at Flix Brewhouse at 12pm in screen 2. We are arrived 30 minutes early only to find a different movie playing. The manager was not sure why Atom gave us the wrong information so she put us in a different screen for the same movie. We lost 15 minutes of the movie since it already started. I contacted Atom support and their answer was I need to contact Flix Brewhouse for their mistake. Flix Brewhouse has nothing to do with Atom giving me the wrong information. I’ll never purchase tickets from Atom again. I’m shocked that this has happened since I’ve been purchasing from Atom for years and this has never happened until now. I deleted the Atom app and will purchase my tickets through Flix Brewhouse website from now on. -- BonnieCD, 2026-08-13 ### *---- "THIEVES, SCAMMERS" I used to love the Atom app but their customer service to resolve issues SUCKS. I have contacted them 4 times about a cancellation ahead of time because the app wasn’t letting me and the day of the movie came, no response from them so the movie played and they have a no refund policy but how is it my fault that their stupid app didn’t allow me to cancel DAYS before the movie, and I even contacted them directly. They are THIEVES. UNETHICAL. UNPROFESSIONAL. SCAMMERS. -- Mollybaby94, 2026-08-12 [View all Atom reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Atom Discovered Keywords - movie theaters - movie showtimes - movie tickets - movie reviews - fathom events - times - atomizer - cinemark brasil - adam - movietime cinema ## Apps Similar to Atom - [Alamo Drafthouse](https://apptail.io/app/alamo-drafthouse-XzP/united-states) - [Harkins Theatres](https://apptail.io/app/harkins-theatres-BuR/united-states) - [Showcase Cinemas - U.S.](https://apptail.io/app/showcase-cinemas-us-sZvb/united-states) - [AMC Theatres: Movies & More](https://apptail.io/app/amc-theatres-movies-more-OSzb/united-states) - [Cinemark Theatres](https://apptail.io/app/cinemark-theatres-USzb/united-states) - [Regal: Movie Tickets Made Easy](https://apptail.io/app/regal-movie-tickets-made-easy-qTzb/united-states) - [Marcus Theatres & Movie Tavern](https://apptail.io/app/marcus-theatres-movie-tavern-sWzb/united-states) - [Emagine Theatres](https://apptail.io/app/emagine-theatres-rtAb/united-states) - [BucketListers: Things To Do](https://apptail.io/app/bucketlisters-things-to-do-IIWb/united-states) - [MoviePass](https://apptail.io/app/moviepass-nlVd/united-states) ## Atom Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/atom-movie-tickets-times-XSzb/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/atom-movie-tickets-times-XSzb/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
