I have a lot of credit cards and this is my first time experiencing a fraudulent activity. I ask them to investigate it, however they said that this is non fraud so they are asking me to pay for it. I am not the one who used it so why I am the one who suffering. 
The merchant ask me to coordinate with them so that they can coordinate too so that they can provide the information needed to remove this transaction.

Do not ever use this app credit card. If you miss to pay your bills on a due date they automatically convert your amount due into 6 months installment with with huge interest. In my case I have P17,000 and I miss to pay on time, now I have to pay it for P3,900 for 6 months. Almost double, this bank is an evil.

Shocking Experience with Atome Card

I’ve been using the Atome Card for years and always paid my dues on time. Because of this, my credit limit was gradually increased to a decent amount. However, I overlooked a payment once, and the due date passed. That’s when things took a shocking turn.  

Their collectors began harassing me relentlessly. They didn’t just contact me, they resorted to emails, calls, texts, WhatsApp messages, and more. They even used multiple phone numbers to bombard me. To make matters worse, they said offensive things.  

It was an extremely distressing experience, and they didn’t stop until I settled the amount. I’ve since decided never to use their service again. I also shared my experience with friends and referrals to warn them and save them from going through the same ordeal.

I recently came across your advertisements on social media and was initially excited to try your digital app, as it appeared to offer valuable services. However, I encountered a significant issue while attempting to apply for the card. Despite multiple attempts over several months, my application has not been approved, and I have been unable to determine the reason behind this.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a transparent explanation for the rejection of my application. Understanding the specific reasons would be incredibly helpful, not only for me but also for other potential clients who may face similar challenges. Clear and transparent feedback is essential for building trust and ensuring that your customers have a clear understanding of your approval criteria.

Additionally, I reached out to your customer service team for assistance, but unfortunately, I did not find their responses as helpful or informative as I had hoped. Compared to other digital apps I've worked with, the support provided by your team left much to be desired.

I hope you will consider addressing these concerns and providing more clarity on the application process. I am still interested in your services and would appreciate any guidance on how to improve my chances of approval in the future.

I had a transaction that was debited but did not reflect to the merchant’s side so I pay in cash. I reached out to support almost instantly but all open tickets wasn’t resolved. They reply more than two weeks asking questions they could just coordinate themselves. It’s shameful to use this card sometimes it gets declined. Super terrible
