Would rate Atome a zero if possible. Customer service is the worst. Despite having sufficient funds to pay and the transaction amount being below the limit keeps giving me the error try 90 days later despite having no outstanding payments!!! And when I tried to reach out to customer service they kept giving me some cut and paste answer!!!!! Ridiculous

My credit card expired unbeknown to me and one payment didn’t go through. I didn’t receive the notification in time and my account got blocked within 24 hours of default of payment.

Not enough time to turn around and get things sorted. 
All happened automatically.they charge 15$ fee for defaulting which could have been easily avoided if I had more notice time to sort it out and add a new credit card.

App not working and only can see notifications for upcoming bill. I don’t know what I’m paying and it’s worrying me when the app is showing blanks. Customer service not responding to my enquires makes it even more worrying. Hopefully can pay the bills on time and not incur any unnecessary penalties. After that delete this app and so long good riddance

Most frustrating BNPL app. It used to be fuss free when I first purchased thermomix but after awhile, it just went downhill. I uses Atome cos of the discount given but come to think of it, forget it. Just pay full with no discount Lor. Grabpay later is so much better & efficiency.
