I had three strands connected in series for years which worked flawlessly. Now the app updated and I have nothing but problems. I tried resetting the strips several times. Now 2 of the 3 strips don’t work and the one that does goes back to the multi color setting every time it turns on. It doesn’t  save it’s last setting.
They just couldn’t leave well enough alone.

I’ve had two strands malfunction. After the first strand messed up, I bought another to replace it and it ended up doing the exact same thing. Half the strands worked correctly, but the other half stayed in display mode and won’t change, despite any efforts. I will not be buying again.

We have the smart lights on our back deck. We have the setting to be constant low level light. The system constantly changes the lights to run on flashing lights. It drives me nuts. We have now just unplugged them and no longer use the lights.

Don’t waste your money on Atomi Smart outdoor pathway lights.  We purchased ours through Costco.  After 90 days the problems began and have never stopped.  The app is worthless; the lights sometimes connect and most of the time it tells me they are offline.  I’ve tried everything they recommend but nothing works.  Very disappointing!

Before the update the app was maybe a 3. You had to go into your devices to do anything. But now it has all the options without even having to go into the device itself. It’s such a great update. The only thing I want is a dark mode for the app because it’s EXTREMELY BRIGHT. Especially when I’m trying to adjust my fan speed or something in the middle of the night

i do not recommended their products and their apps - they need to be very close to the model, also you have to have blue tooth on each time, and the devices keep going off line, they turn on their own, even standing right next to the device it won’t connect, so cannot change it, one day they work, another day they don’t, very inconsistent, their customer service is fast they email you the next day but seems like there is one person named David and he is very rude no apologies rather their tone is as if i’m dumb. i ended up returning the string lights - after two weeks of constantly attempting and spit. everything they said it worked and it didn’t and it did and it didn’t no way, can’t keep doing this! bye bye

Seriously? You can’t use their string of lights unless you grant permission to use WiFi _and_ location? All I want to do is set the string to “steady white”, and enjoy it on my deck, but only the app can do that.  Just absurd.
