HabitOn is easy to use and set up for your personal goals. I easily created goals to track my meal plan allotments for the number of servings of proteins, vegetables, dairy, healthy fats, fruits and water consumed each day. Tracking is simple by swiping the goal or tapping it to open up the full goal and adding it there. There are weekly goal progression charts to compare results week after week.
