Great videos!!
The app is wonderful. It’s great to have a sneak peak into the classes of a world class gym. The coaches all breakdown and go into great detail in each video. I figured it would be all five minute curated videos. They are at least fifteen minutes long and go into great detail about the techniques. That’s amazing. It’s almost like a mini seminar. And that’s also another added bonus. The seminar section is packed with tons of great stuff. This is a great tool for beginners and advanced Jiu Jitsu practitioners. It’s got everything for all skill levels.

Atos on demand has lots of great content and is well organized and easy to navigate or search for particular content to review such as leg locks, guard passing, sweeps and submissions both GI and No Gi. It makes it easy to review a very specific part of training you may be trying to improve on or drill with.

I have subscribed to other “On Demand” platforms and by far, AtosBJJ on Demand leads the way. Think of this as an investment and not as another monthly bill. Professor Andre has everything covered!! Being a beginner, I can easily search what I am struggling with in my own path in JiuJitsu and professor along with his team break technique, moves, and different angles to better prepare you to address your weaknesses. I can’t recommend this product enough. Try it and I promise questions that linger after a session at your academy can easily be answered on here. Additionally, you can’t beat the fact they offer kid techniques, curriculums, techniques with GI and no GI and much more. Not only am I learning as an adult but my kids are as well. To the Atos team, thank you for such an invaluable product!!

Love the app because it is easy to use, and well organized. The search function works great and the layout is intuitive. Would really love it if there was a way to rewind in set 10 second intervals, but that is a wish list item. Bottom line, I like simple yet very efficient, and this app is all of that and more. I use it daily and it has helped my jiujitsu immensely. Thank you!

Atos BJJ On Demand is like an All-you-can-learn buffet with countless mind blowing educational videos! I like how they categorize videos by experience levels, topics, positions, etc… This is a high quality smooth app and all the videos load instantly. Like Netflix the app remembers your watching history so you can pick up where you left. I have some judo experience and I also recommend this app to judo players, it will definitely improve your newaza!
