APPLICATION FLOW FOR TENANTS:
Registration and Profile Creation: Tenants register using their mobile numbers and create profiles providing personal information such as name, contact details, and move-in preferences.
Bed Booking: Tenants can browse available beds and book them by paying an advance fee, securing their accommodation.
Move-in Form Submission: Before moving in, tenants are required to fill out a move-in form, providing necessary information for a comfortable stay.
Tenant Activation: After completing the move-in form, the admin activates the tenant, granting access to the app's features and functionalities.
Access Granted: As an activated tenant, users can access various sections of the app, including community amenities, payment management, and complaints tracking.
Notification Reception: Tenants receive notifications about new job listings, application status updates, and other relevant information regarding their stay.
Complaints Submission: Tenants can raise complaints regarding their stay, ensuring efficient resolution and a satisfactory living experience.
Move-out Requests: Tenants can initiate move-out requests when necessary, facilitating smooth transitions.

APPLICATION FLOW FOR PROPERTY OWNERS:
Form Submission: Property owners complete the attached property form with relevant details, providing necessary information about their properties.
Admin Review: The atRumaH admin thoroughly examines the submitted form for accuracy and completeness to ensure the integrity of the platform.
Owner Activation: Upon satisfactory review, the admin activates the property owner within the atRumaH system, granting access to exclusive features and functionalities.
Access Granted: As an activated owner, users gain privileged access to a suite of exclusive features and functionalities within the atRumaH app.
View Tenant List: Owners can effortlessly peruse a comprehensive list of move-in tenants associated with their properties, facilitating efficient management.
Invoice Access: Access is provided to detailed payment invoices, ensuring transparent financial transactions between owners and tenants.
Complaints View: Owners have the capability to review any submitted complaints concerning their properties, enabling timely resolution.
R-contacts: Quick access is granted to essential contacts (R-contacts) for resolving property-related issues effectively, enhancing owner satisfaction.
Notification Reception: Owners stay informed and up-to-date with all relevant notifications regarding their properties and tenant activities, ensuring prompt action when necessary.
Account Deletion Option: In the event of necessity or preference, owners have the liberty to permanently delete their atRumaH accounts, prioritizing user control and privacy.
