My phone is still vulnerable and I believe still being accessed even with this app , seems to be some sort of perk we got for being victims to certain companies breaches. 10 Breaches in total, my information been exist and posted on the dark web! Fun. It’s nice that it’s free due to the breaches, your customer service department is either compromised, or by design you like us to get stuck in the cycle of calling the make a payment line,or file a ticket line, with employees, claiming that there is no ability to transfer to the fraud department and multiple calls, not until about three minutes before the fraud department closes. They would release the number to me. I’m hardly thrilled with what’s happening I’ve contacted global fraud department twice now left voicemails and still have not gotten a callback since they close at four eastern time or something crazy meaning on the West Coast I have to call them at like one or earlier I was told on the voicemail of the global front department that it would be 24 to 48 hours they would contact me that was four days ago The Chatbot AI is about as irritating as it comes Literally, it is a carbon copy of help and resources catalog you guys have and if it recommends for me to hit the voice button on my 1998 Motorola like flip phone again in order to contact the live agent that I missed due to the app, constantly refreshing back to the homepage in the midst of a conversation to To deal with a serious breach in my devices, security or my cell service is being compromised… It’s ridiculous and did not get a call back For any of the stuff I’ve mentioned or left voicemails for or talk to the folks at the initial AT&T routing number. Clearly, they’re trying to get you to make some sort of payment of some sort and anything outside of that hopefully someone gets back to you and I’ve even had I have. I have a transcript. A transcript of the conversation between me and like three different employees, these call centers are in the Philippines, one in India, None of them sound like professional or official or legitimate AT&T call centers that you would trust for the sake of cyber security I am calling to try to figure out what’s going on with all my accounts being breached, and by AT&T account being modified and I quite literally can hear about 50 foreign individuals yelling like it’s some sort o -- Birdsrntreel, 2024-12-19 ### ***** "Extremely helpful!" Turns out, it was because of ActiveArmor. I had updated her last name on my contacts two days ago, but ActiveArmor kept sending calls to voicemail because of the updated name on the contacts list.
