We have been with them for over a decade and now they are forcing this ridiculous TCR text messaging registration which is impossible for small businesses to complete without a team of lawyers helping us. At&amp;t customer support has given us nothing bit wrong answers and doesn&#039;t even know how to help with their nonsensical TCR junk.

This phone system is not only complicated to use there is no support to help you. Most of the customer service reps at Att have never heard of office@hand. If you can get through they route your call to India where it is virtually impossible to understand them. My family is Indian and even I can’t understand their reps. Check your bills carefully as I have discovered I have been charged for lines and licenses that I did not ask for or approve and now fighting to have those funds reimbursed.

Double my billed, make it impossible to pay (how does on of the largest companies in the world not have a simple online payment portal, this is an app, it&#039;s all online, I need to mail a check?!?). No way to cancel in app or on the website, and customer service pretends they can&#039;t understand me/find my account and hangs up. This is inane. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! It&#039;s a garbage trap to get you stuck in their labyrinth of a billing cycle.

Back to the stone ages. Reminds me or the rotary phones, one phone one line and can not forward calls. I have three lines and need three cell phones to be able to leave my offhand get calls when I’m away. My landlines I was able to *72 all line to my cell. With this age of fiber I would need three cell phone to get my calls when away. AT&amp;T is losing the way to the future

Having the option to set forward calls to Another employee while I’m on lunch is nice. However, I find myself having to open and close the app up to 15 times before I can do it without any issues. I’ll press the button to forward calls, and it will just sit and spin for as long as I’ll leave the app open. I have to close it out, reopen it and continue that process until it finally saves. It has been like this since I’ve been using the app going on one year now. After multiple updates this issue still has not been fixed.

The app is way better than before! I’ve had this service for over three years now and it’s definitely better today than before.

In their latest update, you can now see which number your client had called through the mobile app. I currently have two phone numbers through this service, one for the front of office and one for the back of office. I can now see which phone number a client called so that I know how to properly address them.

I also like the fact that you can now record phone calls and listen to them once the call has ended. Of course, be sure you’re following state laws.

One thing I would like to see as a feature, is the ability to see call history and text message in ONE thread. There is a service called OpenPhone that maintains all calls and text messages to a specific number. So instead of having to toggle back-and-forth your call history and text message, you can see everything in one thread. would love to see that feature within this app.

When not on Wi-Fi I can get 18 seconds into a phone call then it just cuts out and says unstable network. I have at&amp;t phone service and unlimited data. Makes no sense.. when on Wi-Fi all works perfectly.

It’s not a terrible app, but it’s far from good. Put a little effort into your interface. I don’t have the time to tell you all of your shortcomings. They’re numerous enough that if you actually tried using your own app, you’d know what I’m talking about.

I really enjoy this app. It’s great to be able to use my personal phone, but have a separate work number without having another device. Only suggestions I would provide to AT&amp;T/RingCentral would be the SMS experience and messages. Feel like each message takes up a ton of room. Looks out of date, especially with the rest of the app being really good. On messages, it would be nice to have some sort of read identifier once the person I message has looked it or if I’ve mentioned someone on a team.

This is the app that we, my coworkers and I, used while working remotely for almost two years. We still use it back in the office, mainly for texting while coordinating work and it does what is supposed to do. My request to the developers, if I may, would be to resize the texting field line of the interface which currently allows for the window to show previous texts on about 92% of the vertical window space and only about 8% for typing a new text! 😳 Could we make it more like 60/40 ratio? I keep my app up on my screen about 2 inches wide horizontally and top to bottom vertically. I work mainly with graphics software and screen sqft is at a premium. Just give the user the ability to resize that texting line field to suit individual needs. Thank you.

The new update has resulted in the loss of the toggle icons so all I see are squares when we are selecting who phone lines will transfer to. Have to have the app just so calls can go through but have to use the web page to actually make the transfers. Worst update ever

Have been using this app for over a year I think. First time I could see who was all on the phone. Then got an update and lost that part. Then another update and it came back. Now another update and I have lost it again. I hoping I am not missing a setting someplace. It is really helpful to see who is on their phone while I am traveling.
