TL;DR Don’t trust AT&T to keep your photos safe. They deleted mine without notice and will do the same to you. I’ve been an AT&T customer for about 9yrs now. About 2 years ago I discover this cloud service and used it to save my live photos. I had an issue a few months ago where AT&T had my account under cloud cancellation even though I been paying my bill on time. I had to call customer service to get this rectified Fast forward to today and I discovered they deleted all my photos. Luckily I have my live photos saved on my old iPhone.
