Unreliable.
I tried using it to save some storage but ended up being locked out of my account (losing thousands of photos) because my gmail wouldn’t accept the verification text. I also find it takes forever to load.
Won’t work for me
I’ve downloaded and removed and download it this app multiple times and cannot get past the continue with email screen. I can’t even get to the email tab to enter it. I’ve tried to get to app support as well and cannot since it was a free app.
Viewing and uploading issues
Not letting me upload photos and unable to see older photos
The worst mistake EVER!!!
I regret transferring my images from ICloud to this app, I can never view images, it takes forever to load and let alone view anything!!! I hate it, I hate it!
The Best Private Photo App
Definitively AT&T Private Photo App is the Best app I've tried, simply its EXCELLENT!!!
Needs to be offline
They should give access to see your videos or photos without requiring wifi or signal sure new videos or photos wont be downloaded, but that doesn’t give us a reason to see our old photos or videos.
Can’t log in
I’m using a 3rd generation iPhone SE and due to the screen size the continue button on the starting screen blocks out the part where I am supposed to put my email.
Drained battery sooo fast
This app drained my battery so fast it made my phone almost unusable. I played with the settings and it still didn’t make a difference. Uninstalled.
