## Auckland Airport official app Reviews in New Zealand

### *---- "AK airport is bad enough same as App"
As the mayor said the Auckland airport is a disgrace already what do you expect from the app itself. I haven’t see any app that has a 1.8 star. Doesn’t load, bad interface, sometimes works, nothing showings on arrival or departures. Might as well delete it. Don’t waste your time on downloading it just use google to check all your flights.
-- Mceebee, 2025-01-02

### **--- "Could be better"
App has some good features, downloaded this, thinking this was a better way to view international arrivals and departures only for it to link back to the website! Would be great if this feature was added to the app and the arrivals and departures are more accurate
-- Josie2172, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Bad app do better"
Bad app never works.
-- 29038, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Don’t download."
Don’t download
-- ishant., 2024-12-28

### *---- "The one job it should do……"
….. and it fails. The most basic job of this app is to accurately record arrivals and departures. It is constantly inaccurate. I assume it doesn’t get a regularly updated feed from the boards in the actual airport. The maps are Lo-fi and crappy. Could be useful, but it’s a complete fail - it prioritises ADVERTISING over the genuinely useful stuff.
-- Geoff Delete, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Parking for error all the time"
Trying to search parking at Domestic and it shows error for almost for date and time search. Website is working fine, app is failing at this.
-- Harshgiri, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Poor app"
Poor app not intuitive doesn’t remember past booking or credit details takes too long need an urgent upgrade
-- ricknpickle, 2024-11-29

### *---- "Book Parking"
Error comes up…not ideal
-- NZParker, 2024-11-25

### *---- "$&@K!"
Perhaps my most frustrating app experience ever. Either fix it or dump it. Considering AIA make so much money and spend so much on terminal upgrades surely you can find some $$ to make the app work.
-- Relaxnation71, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Flight times don’t work and can’t link parking to account"
Flight times don’t work and can’t link parking to account
-- nickchin1308, 2024-11-02
