Can’t connect to WiFi. Customer service suggested to logout and login. Tried it but then I can’t login. Uninstall and reinstall the app but still can’t login “server error” Idk if it’s audible or if it’s iPhone because so many apps are having trouble loading as well. Very disappointed.

Too expensive for 1 book per month
I cancelled my subscription immediately. One book per month is insane Tor $15USD. I listen to one audio book per week so 1 credit per month is totally unsatisfactory.
Lost credits
It’s a pity that you lose all remaining credits if you haven’t used them all before your membership ends. Otherwise this would be a great app. There was also a problem when I paid for membership plan with 1 credit/month but I still have 0 credit after 2 days, thankfully it was solved after sending an email.
Vast collections but too expensive
I look for audio books so that i can finish reading more books in shorter time. The policy of only having one book per month is really a turn off while I am already ok to subs. Cancelled subs immediatelly when i found out.

Service and choice good BUT much too expensive. I have could equally good much cheaper options
