Strange subscription rules
Unfriendly rules regarding credits I earned during my subscription. I have 3 credits, and if I cancel subscrption, I lose them.

Bad Payment Structure
So I buy a book but I can't listen to it because I don't have a subscription? Making users buy books and pay for subscription to use the book the bought is deceptive.

I paid money and they are saying I have no membership

Very productive app to listen to books and tap into the minds of some of great authors
Cancelled subscription- didn’t cancel
I wanted to cancel the subscription (both me and my wife) as we weren’t using the app. The UI is designing to mislead you so that you think you canceled the subscription despite you are still subscribed. Noticed after 2 months I am still paying for a service I am not using. I lost my trust for this shady service and will never use it again
Don’t get it
The app is fine but the concept I don’t get. Subscription is quite expensive and doesn’t give you anything except one decent book per month. Why should I buy an audiobook? To have it where? On my mobile which is running out of memory anyway? I prefer those apps which allow to listen after paying for subscription, similar way like Spotify. Any other option is a waste of money
Upgrade idea
Hello, I really love your app and the availability of many books in many languages. The only thing that is a pity to me, is that you can’t share the books with your family, as normally you would with paper books. Therefore I would find it super lovely to introduce “family group” of for example four users with whom you could share your audiobooks.
Anothwr app than knows better than the user
I have co.uk account and all od the sudden the app has changed its language to… German. I have necer asked it to do it. No idea where to change the language now. Stop forcing on users your dumb innovations.
