Don’t get it

The app is fine but the concept I don’t get. Subscription is quite expensive and doesn’t give you anything except one decent book per month. Why should I buy an audiobook? To have it where? On my mobile which is running out of memory anyway? I prefer those apps which allow to listen after paying for subscription, similar way like Spotify. Any other option is a waste of money

Upgrade idea

Hello, I really love your app and the availability of many books in many languages. The only thing that is a pity to me, is that you can’t share the books with your family, as normally you would with paper books. Therefore I would find it super lovely to introduce “family group” of for example four users with whom you could share your audiobooks.

Anothwr app than knows better than the user

I have co.uk account and all od the sudden the app has changed its language to… German. I have necer asked it to do it. No idea where to change the language now. Stop forcing on users your dumb innovations.

Lock screen bug

Lock screen player controls sometimes start switching chapters instead of seconds, even though I've never touched these settings

As usual Alex delivers highvalue packed material in coherent, clear manner. Must read for anyone even remotely intrested in the topic.

Empty library

I have a full membership. In the browser, everything is OK (all titles visible). But this app is empty! Yes, I have tried refreshing the library and customer service… What a terrible experience.

More of an insult than a service

For 8£ a month you get 1 credit each month so you can get 1 book a month unless you pay more. Why call it a subscription then? On Netflix, HBO, Apple Music, Spotify you get a whole library of content for a monthly fee but here you can choose one (1) book to listen per month. Definitely not worth your money or your time. I’d rather pay 9£ and download the audiobook myself.

App works fine, but it lacks the ability to play and pause from the iPad keyboard.

I am forced to sign up to be able to browse the content. So annoying
