DO NOT TYPE IN YOUR EMAIL
You will get spammed with emails all the time, even though you follow their 15 step guide to opting out of emails. There are much better alternatives for listening to books, i definately do not recommend this. I never write reviews, but i am so annoyed by this company i simply had to.
Gave up…
Reached half Way into chapter 3 and gave up. Filled with what scientists and other experts have found out during the last centuries, endless research results and statistics made this audiobook by far the most boring listening I have listen to in 2024. No adwise or tools making this book completely useless and waste of time and money
Are U kidding me with this s..t?!?
I was going to give it 3 stars cause the story was mediocre at best, but the ending spoiled everything…
Narrators did such a good job
I love Marni’s books. At first the reason for Addison’s second job felt too small. But I get it. It wasn’t ment to be a heavy story like that. I found my self a new book boyfriend.
Forced commercials
Every time you finish listening to a book - one that you have carefully chosen - the app starts playing advertising other books that you apparently need to listen to right now. This begs the question: Do the people behind Audible understand what books are?
Not showing titles or pictures
I used to love using audible but since may 2024 I have problems downloading the titles in the app and even to see the titles and pictures. Customer service cannot help and I have reinstalled the app more than 10 times. Would be nice to get it back to the old where everything was working
Incredible writing and narration
I loved this book- such great writing, descriptive, captivating and really funny at times. I loved the narrator so much- she was perfect for Claire and how I would picture her in real life. I would recommend it for a fast, easy thriller- I finished it in a few days. The story was fabulous up until the very end for me- the ending seemed a bit far fetched and I was expecting something different, even until the very last chapter. It was a positive ending, which was nice to listen to. Overall I would recommend it. The writing alone is worth reading!

As always great writing and whilst I absolutely adore his other work this felt a bit unengaging to me.
