Hard to use
I find it so annoying to use as it is all so blocked in. Especially the fact that i am unable to straight forwardly get my books in mp3 so that i can use them on my bone connection headphones while swimming is a show stopper for me

Great app for audiobook and missing 1 star for text
I enjoy the audiobook but it would be better that there is text as well. So I can read while listening to the book, which I like the most because I can absorb information faster in that way. Hope you can improve your app.
It’s ok until you have a problem.
It basically takes ages to communicate with anyone human, which I hate AI is always terrible and doesn’t get anything right. You have to go through 1 million channels if you have a problem . I also dislike the fact that there are lots of functions that you cannot do on the app that you have to log into a computer to do. It’s just wildly unnecessary and annoying. That being said when the app does work perfectly, it’s quite user-friendly.
Very useful, but needs polish
Excellent content and selection. But, app is laggy at times, my iPhone 16 Pro lags when scrolling on the Home Screen 😐
It took me a few chapters to get into the story. But I loved it. The narration was great!

Can’t login
Can’t login, it keeps showing something went wrong message

I joined Audible trial in May and received 1 credit for 1 book for joining. Jun 19 was my first charge but zero credit. It was then Audible said July ___ will be my next charge. So, welcome to my membership, and first credit- two months after payments on free book. I will have to pay for two months to earn 1 credit to offset “the free trial book.”

So hold on… you pay for membership, which just gives you 1 credit, and still have to pay extra for the books? 😐😐😐 I typed 20 book names and none of them were included in the membership. Lame.
It’s a great app but…
It can be better. My pain point is highlight or bookmark or whatever you call it. In the era of AI, I wish Audible would integrated AI into its highlights process. Just like “Snipd” app, It would be great to be albe to “snip” in Audible, too.
