From the best audiobook app to being the worst
Audible used to be the gold standard of audio book apps From the smoothest experience now the app is barely functional You can’t play books on it! Whenever you open the app on iPhone or iPad it takes between 3 to 8 minutes to load the book and usually with the wrong book cover displaying when it finally plays if it didn’t crash first
Weird, wonderful and strangely addictive.
I really enjoyed the book, although at times I felt that too many conflicting story plot layers and characters competed for attention. The characters are so curiously interesting, and the plot keeps pulling you in, sometimes exhaustive, but mostly intriguing through a fantastical world of magical well, characters with paranormal powers and an unlikely protagonist that displays attributes of schizophrenia tinged with a power to escape the mundane and into a dark realm. I would suggest you pick up Wild Sheep Dreams first before delving into this one. It’ll easy you in to Murakami’s vivacious and surreal writing.
Not user friendly
I like that it syncs with my kindle books but it’s not very user friendly
I love audible but
I wish they stop marketing new books to buy and go back to opening my library
The app needs to be more intuitive and customer service reachable
Good proposition. Bad customer service, mainly due to technical problems. I have no idea when I next credits will get renewed, no visibility into where I used my previous one. All that needs to be part of the app. Also, it’s difficult to reach an agent. The app just shows ‘oops something went wrong’
Wow!
What an insane and incrediblly captivating story. So many incredible moments and the power scale just keeps growing. I love it. I didn't reaize it at first, but i think its great to see the nova terra universe expanding through other characters. Huge respect and thanks to Seth Ring for the incredible commitment to this work.

I swear I felt the writer was living inside my head. A very good read. It’s power is in its simplicity. Straightforward and the tips and techniques are very good and practical. Highly recommended
Poor customer service
I have been an audible user for almost a decade. I have close to 400 titles in my library and I had 22 credits available to purchase more books when I got locked out of my app. Customer Service stated they are not able to help me unlock and I’m no longer able to get into my library or listen to any of my previous selections. After my third call I decided that I would just start a whole new collection from scratch as I really miss my audiobooks. However, you can no longer purchase credits to buy books. It’s a subscription base and that doesn’t work for me. It’s sad, because it was such a good platform until they started changing it. I would love for somebody to reach out and help me fix my access but after so many times calling and requesting help I have yet to get one return call and a resolution.
