Оплатила экскурсию через номер телефона, деньги списали, а экскурсия не добавилась, пишет ошибку, это что такое!?
не работает
деньги за подписку списали, а приложение не видит, выдает ошибку. написать разработчику так же не получается, та же ошибка. верните деньги за месячную подписку 1700. зря потрачены деньги и время!!!

Оплатили полную версию приложение AZBO (подписка на 1 месяц) 1 октября 2023 года, оплата была произведена через номер телефона сотового оператора, деньги списались. НО! Приложение не работает! Постоянно выдает ошибку, открыть экскурсии невозможно, написать обращение в приложении невозможно. Прошу проверить работоспособность данного приложения.

Добрый вечер, не могу через обратную связь написать в поддержку, попробовал перезагрузить приложение теперь не могу войти, также после оплаты подписки приложение выдало ошибку, прошу решить проблему со входом в приложение, а также восстановить подписку оплатил сегодня 2.10.23 на 6 месяцев через МТС

Приобретена бессрочная лицензия, но доступ к контенту (экскурсиям) не предоставлен. Разработчику возможности написать - нет. Переустановка приложения проблему не решает. Не советую платить за это г…

Написали на почту -никакого ответа. Полный обман «Активна бессрочная подписка»-вторые сутки не загружаются экскурсии. Никакого ответа на письмо в почте. Категорически не рекомендую

Оформил подписку, деньги списались, подписки нет. На другом телефона купили отдельную экскурсию — не загружается выше 36%. Написать в приложении разработчику нельзя.

Отвратительно. Оплатила подписку на месяц. Скачала несколько гидов и все, остальные загружать не дает, пишет ошибка. С тех поддержкой связаться нельзя ни через приложение, ни через сайт-также выдает ошибку
