I will donate for sure. I’m a user of Synth one and J6, and now this. So awesome -- Elijah Tucker icloud, 2026-01-08 ### ***** "Very good, could use some improvements" It is a good metronome, and I appreciate the simple transaction. As a pro musician using this for practice, my wishes are: 1) remember my tempo and settings when I close the app. 2) metronome stops playing whenever I foreground the app - whyyy? 3) give an option for a simple backbeat (snare only) or one-click metronome without all the fancy drum patterns. -- studioland, 2025-11-21 ### ***** "Love the app, but on IOS 18…" Update (Dec.6) : silly me. Uninstalled, reinstalled fixed it. Still the best in the biz. Thanks Audiokit. This is my go to metronome. I use it with piano practice, but when I go to open the app after IOS 18, it opens then closes right away. Now I’m using the Ableton Note built in metronome as a back up. Please fix! (I’ll write to Apple too after I finish trying ALL my Auv3 and audio apps). Thanks for any support. -- LackadayLackaday, 2024-12-06 ### ***** "Whoa." I feel awful having only spent $0.99 on this. The sheer amount of customization makes it really easy to get a cool rhythm going. The ideas can get out of my head way faster now! -- ThrashCowboy666, 2024-10-05 ### ***** "iOS 18 not supported" Great app for practicing with my Ocarina, however I don’t think it supports iOS 18. Would it be possible if the AudioKit team could look into this, please.🙏🏾 Thanks for all your work! 👍🏾 -- myst515, 2024-09-27 ### ***** "2 Pink Floyd songs…..plus many other greats." This is excited for the entire music app community. I’ve been ripping on the beat machine so much then this app was so great I was inspired to pick up my guitar 🎸 again Go team Go, you people are the coolest dev team. Thanks. It’s a great drum machine with the best standards built in. I think the metronome is probably cool to I just haven’t tried it. This beat machine got me hooked. -- Drum Meister, 2024-08-30 ### ***** "Great app!" I decided to try this app, even though there are other metronome apps that I’m satisfied with. I am really impressed! It’s easy to use, the voice control is very useful, plus there are lots of sounds that you can choose from, like drum beats, instead of being limited to a click-click sound. -- Chazho, 2022-12-21 ### *---- "Can’t use with bluetooth. Actually breaks other apps as well" It’s ridiculous that you can’t use this app with Bluetooth. It just won’t. Only on your phone or aux out. You can’t use bluetooth nor AirPlay. You can’t even play audio from another app via Bluetooth and use this at the same time. Really, really annoying and unhelpful. Ugh. -- Fulluphigh, 2022-05-29 ### ***** "Leegondese" Great metronome. It definitely clicks on time.. I don’t know what else to say -- Jrb1995678901, 2021-11-11 ### ***-- "Great concepts, some bugs" Let me start by saying all the stuff I like about this app. 1. User Interface - sleek and modern 2. Ableton Link - this is a game changer 3. Banks of preset songs 4. Ability to create set lists 5. Voice commands - super unique and essential However, I am facing some issues with it and I am not sure if these are bugs that I am facing or somethings that have been deliberately left out. 1. Screen Locking while metronome is playing - If I am playing visually by referring to the pulse or the beat labels, the screen shut down renders the app quite useless. I think it should allow the screen to stay on while the app is running. 2. While waking the app back from background or after a screen unlock, the sound stops. The metronome stops every time it is resumed (this is of course with the 'Play in Background' setting on. So pair that with the previous issue, not only the screen goes dark while playing, the playing stops when I try to get back into the app. Quite detrimental. 3. All the voice commands have equivalent touch gestures except for mute and unmute. Please help me locate it if it's there somewhere. 4. This may be a bug? When the screen locks out while playing, the sound of the beat becomes dull for a bar or two and keeps happening every few bars. Like it becomes extremely lo-fi and comes back up. As you can see, I have done some thorough testing because I appreciate the app for what it is. But I will only continue to use it if these issues are addressed in some form or the other.
