I think the application has good intentions but when i registered nothing appeared says I should pull down. Feels like an application without a product person or a mismatch of a customer centric

It’s great for tracking rent, massively reduces the hassle, the app should move into supporting contract stuff so I don’t have to use an agent!

Excellent app!! Helps me manage my portfolio of properties in an easy to use, stress free way. Everything I need from checking my tenants have paid on time to reminding me when tenancies are up for renewal or I need to carry out gas certificates, and so much more. Highly recommend this app.

For tenants such as myself, August is an absolute game changer. This app is a game changer - a must have for any tenant. I have been a tenant now for just over decade, and have never come across anything like August.
