AUM is the flexible audio mixer, recorder, and connection hub for your iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.
Connect hardware inputs and outputs, Audio Unit extensions, Inter-App Audio apps, Audiobus, soundfile players, built-in signal processing and filters, in any configuration you want.
Route anything to anywhere with mix-busses, effect sends, audiobus ports, and external multi-channel audio interfaces.
Play hosted synths and instruments using the built-in keyboard or external MIDI controllers, or sequence them with AU MIDI plugins or from other apps using Virtual MIDI.
Record mixes, individual tracks, or both, straight into the storage space of AudioShare (no copying of files needed), with synchronized start and end for perfect loops.
Play back recordings, soundfiles and loops as channel sources in the mixer for backing tracks, further processing or mixing. Soundfiles can be opened from anywhere, including USB drives on iOS 13 and later.
Route and filter MIDI in any way you like using the MIDI matrix. Combine and filter MIDI endpoints using MIDI buses.
Synchronize everything with the transport clock and play in time with other apps or devices using Ableton Link. Connect external music machines and synchronize them with MIDI Clock.
Includes built-in processing nodes for various stereo processing, Mid/Side balance and conversion, EQs and filters, limiting, clipping and saturation. Or use any 3rd party Audio Unit extension or Inter-App Audio effect.
All controls in the mixer can be controlled via MIDI, including parameters of hosted and built-in plugins.

Ágil y Cómodo
Si hay algo que se nota en la filosofía de esta App es la agilidad del proceso de trabajo.
El minimalismo de su interface es comodidad. Sólo tienes lo que necesitas y tienes todo lo que necesitas.
La curva de aprendizaje es maravillosa, pues todos los conceptos están estructurados de la misma manera y si ya has trabajado con software musical no tardarás en hacerte con su manejo.
Hablemos de la Latencia: es mínima. Me ha sorprendido mucho, viniendo de trabajar con Mac. Está muy por debajo de lo que estaba acostumbrado.
NUEVA ACTUALIZACIÓN
TENGO UN iPad Pro 12,9 I compre la app para usar como puente para usar los sonidos de otras app de música con una guitarra con MIDI concretamente la Jamstik guitar studio ,Ayer funcionaba de maravilla y hoy iPad actualizado a os16 y la app AUM con una nueva actualización y la guitarra ya no me la detecta, creo que Apple se está equivocando con su política de tener app para millones de usuarios con millones versiones distintas de dispositivos y app compatibles, espero que solucionen el problema lo antes posible, gracias.
El problema en cuestión es que si yo actualizado una app para mejorar I optimizar su funcionamiento y luego no funciona no puedo dar marcha atrás y desinstalar y instalar una versión anterior que funcionaba bien.
O Si puedo???

Strange Noise bug
When playing audio from koala sampler, shift and octave button from arturia midi controller makes audible noises. Same setup doesnt have any problems in audiobus
It is good, but the midi keyboard ruins it
The App is quite cool, but the midi keyboard is not handy at all, and it makes it pretty hard to be used when you have an audio unit displayed within AUM.
These are the reasons:
-If you want to change from lower notes to higher notes and viceversa, you will have to scroll by touching the keys, so random keys have to be press unintentionally.
-The 'hide' bottom of the keyboard use to get hidden behind the plug ins once you open them, so many times you have to reposition everything just to press the hide bottom of the keyboard.
-There is not 'octave up/down' button (this could help to solve the first issue that I mentioned)
-It would be useful to have more options to customize the size of the keyboard on the display, and also the range of notes.
Also, as a suggestion, many keyboards from different apps have a scale mode, that uses to be very helpful too.

Excelente mixer y grabador que aglutina todas las tecnologías de iOS: Ableton Link, Audiobus, IAA,AU, grabación externa, midi...etc. con un diseño minimalista muy acertado y plena funcionalidad. Una app esencial e imprescindible.
