Wish my pretzel would have been warm 🙁

Just ordered at Milwaukee’s airport. Asked staff to scan my phone to earn reward points. She said the system was down. Asked for a receipt. She said that was down too. It’s not a huge deal in the scheme of things, but it’s annoying, none the less.

I feel like this app just hurts more than it helps, It’s trying to charge me $97 for a snack pack

Pretzels always come out at a great temperature. Geo was really helpful and had good energy while I was ordering.

Went to Hanford mall location and Jordan gave outstanding customer service!! Thanks again for taking us last minute and being so kind.

I must say I’ve been to all of the locations in the Hampton Roads area, but MacArthur Center location is the best when it comes to customer service and the pretzels made!! Thank you !!!

The customer service there was really amazing.

Mall stand opens at 11:00, does not usually have any pretzels until 11:30. They don’t have my fave pizza bites until about 12:00…. They are worth waiting for. Tried to use redeemed coupon for free bites at 12:34 was told not ready had to wait another 20 min. Coupon then expired and when I complained that I have been waiting since 11:30 for some to be made she said well they have been busy but they are done now but I don’t like your attitude so I refuse to serve you and told me to leave. Wow!! Whatever happened to customer service!
